• Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed during our operational hours.
• 3-Hour Delivery Window: Our goal is to have your order at your doorstep within 3 hours of confirmation.
• Operating Hours: Deliveries are typically dispatched between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Orders placed late in the evening may be scheduled for the following morning.

3. Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our delivery costs transparent and affordable:

• Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above ₹1,000/-.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹1,000/-, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your specific location.
• Kit Delivery: We offer special Free Delivery rates for designated "KIT" products within Ernakulam.
