1. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for delivery. Once the order has left our facility for our 3-hour delivery window, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Returns and Replacements
Given the nature of our products, our return policy varies by category:
- Perishable Items (Vegetables, Meat, Dairy): These items can only be returned at the time of delivery if the quality is not up to standard or the item is damaged. Please inspect these items upon arrival.
- Non-Perishable Items (Grains, Pulses, Spices, Cleaning Supplies): These can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided the packaging is unopened and the product is in its original condition.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund or credit will be issued if:
- The product delivered is damaged or expired.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- An item you paid for is missing from your delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or credited to your PRIME Shoppe account wallet for future purchases, as per your preference.
- Timeline: Once approved, the refund typically reflects in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer not available at the time of delivery after multiple attempts.
- Perishable items reported for return after the delivery executive has left.
